Our last two newsletters were accompanied by audio discussion about how to understand your prescription and why this is important. With this newsletter you will find the conclusion to these discussions, the final part of Lesson 2 from the upcoming Personal Eyesight Training Kit.
For those wanting to improve their eyesight you begin by understanding where you are now with your vision. This means knowing what your prescription is all about and also doing a self-assessment to give you a subjective starting point. Then you begin your vision improvement activities, whether in one good session or several smaller sessions throughout your normal routine. These vision activities are very effective, as Cinzia from Italy has been discovering as a participant in our TeleClass Raw. Cinzia has given us permission to share with you two recent emails;
Hi, I’m reading very slowly the teleclass raw. Very nice.
My clear flashes happen more and more; with few light also!
This evening for the first time I’ve read very far letters on the shops along the way. The letters with light … (I don’t know their name in english) I am really really astonished (I have -15 dioptre myopia).
Cinzia
Thank you very much for your answer ; so I don’t feel me alone.
)
Very very kind of you. Today also great and longer clear flashes where I could see faces of people from my window (at work) at the first floor.

Doing the physical vision activities and achieving better eyesight often inspires students to want to go all the way and look at the causes of their visual blur. This is the key to taking that improvement to its fullest extent. When I talk about emotional factors in childhood, myopes and hyperopes in vision classes start nodding their heads and looking bemused. One of the reasons why I love this work is that is can also often lead to an improvement in emotional wellbeing, and increases the quality of life and happiness of our students. This comes from addressing the emotional elements of refractive error.
To give you an idea of this fascinating topic, we have also included from the PET Kit an extract from Lesson 19 on Emotions and Eyesight. While eyesight is a physical action on the part of the visual system, its function is very sensitive to how you are feeling and how you deal with stress. This audio discusses why emotions affect eyesight and touch on some of the many factors in addressing human emotional healing.
Thanks to all those who I have been in recent correspondence with for their well wishing on the August 16 birth of my beautiful baby girl, Zinnia Mae! Thanks also to those patient people waiting for our new book (The Practical Guide to Natural Vision Improvement) and the Personal Eyesight Training Kit (for Myopia, Hyperopia and Astigmatism), as Zinnia’s early birth did occasion a break in my work schedule – as you can imagine! We have been settling into a routine, my office is now half nursery (lovely
), and the book has now been sent to the publisher. (Yay!) The PET Kit is really in its most final stages, and I am so excited that soon we will begin to be able to offer to you this very complete eyesight improvement Kit!
